Miranda Jane art

This is my art that I made, for the tearm we have been looking at Miranda Jane's art, and we have made our own. Mine is some moutons and felds with a sunrise. This other art is Miranda Jane's, it's of some moutons and a lake, I think i did well with mimking the plack line, exsept I think she defently used more coulers.

2019 snow camp.

last week tekinga and kotaco went on a ski camp, we drove to arthurs pass and stayed at the outdoor education center . Then we stayed the night and drove of to cheseman. when I went I also ahd a vary bad cough.


 When we got to arthurs pass we got inside and had our lunch and was introduced to the lady running the building. Then we talked, played games, had ice-ball fights... etc. Then we had dinner, witch was pizza, but my pece wasn't cocked and no offense to the cooks but it wasn't that nice, so I just had bacon and egg pie from my lunch. Then we talked for awhile then the desert was spooned onto plates and, left on the bench while we had to have pillow fights. Then we had to play some team games, and after that we had cold self saucing chocolate pudding, with a spoon-full of melted ice cream. Then we went to bed, I had a massive headache from a odd high pitched noise, then I eventually fell asleep. in the morning things don't really improve. We woke up,(most from people screaming) I had breakfast, then we packed and had to wait for 2 hours because the wind, when we could go we went and then everything got better... for about a hour.

We were stopped at the gate at mt cheeseman, and put our chains on. Then because it hasn't been opened, we waited for 1 and a bit hours before they opened the gate. Then somthing went wrong with my dad's trucks 4 wheel drive. So we had to get picked up by someone else from the school. then we got there, faced strong winds to get inside... then safety brief ect. Then some people went outside and played, I went out for a bit but the retreated to the warmth because of my coughing. We had dinner which was a spon of watery mince and some pees, and half a potato. then we played and talked and went to bed. but my room was freezing so I slept in the lounge next to the fire. In the morning I woke up at 6:40 when they started making breakfast. then we went skiing (I din't) we packed and left. went home. THE END.       4/10.

Jarred work interview

This term we have been interviewing people this week we interviewed Jarred. this is my summary:


It was funny how he moved the eyes of a fish puppet from a box. It was interesting that he was an air force photo-man. And how stupid or blind people can be with wires and dam POT PLANTS! And it is funny that he is a fire fighter that moved the eyes of a fish puppet that is most likely was put into the bin which may have gone into the sea and may have got into the lake and he may have used to put out a fire…

Fair trade sack art

This term our topic was fart trade. We made poems and wrote them on fair trade sacks with indian ink. Tyler and me did ours together, this was ours:

nutrition refeshon

Last week my class went to town to have a healthy lunch and to see a nutritionist (at New World) . The nutritionist came 3 days in a row. Two days at school and one at New World. But I missed the second day because I was sick... 'cofh cof'. When the nutritionist was here I didn't learn that much, I learnt a bit about vitamins, and to look in the 100 grams side when reading food labels. At New World we did a challenge to find a healthy and an unhealthy food in different categories. My brother (who is the head of the butchery) showed me the butchery from inside, so I didn't get all the foods. I don't know if I can say that much about the butchery, but it was made up of a giant store room and a preposition room.
